Migrate Bigfix and ILMT server from Server 2008R2 to Server 2016

Hello all,

We have a Bigfix 9.5.13 and ILMT 9.2.16 installed on the same Server 2008R2 server. As Server 2008R2 is end of life, we are planning to migrate both Bigfix and ILMT to a brand new Server 2016 server.

At the moment, the backend DBs are running on a remote SQL 2016 server, by migrating the BIGfix and ILMT, we would like to preserve the existing configuration and reporting data.

Just wondering what would be the best way to achieve this?

Hello,

The link which you have provided here is not opening. We have ILMT exist on windows 2008r2. As it is out of support now, we want to upgrade the OS to windows 2016

how can we plan this ?
