Is IBM going to release a fixlet to cover the Microsoft update that blocks certficates from DigiNotar? Thank you.

Microsoft has released the following hotfix that addresses this issue but it would be helpful to know if BigFix intends on releasing a fixlet that includes it. Please let us know if BigFix intends on releasing such a fixlet.

We’re looking to release the Microsoft fixlets for this particular security advisory today. When they’ve gone out to the world we’ll issue an announcement and I’ll update this forum thread.

These patches should be out in Patches for Windows (English) versions 1517 and up.

It doesn’t appear that a fixlet was released for Windows XP.

Fixlets for XP should be there. Fixlets 260771201 and 260771211.

MS has new released to cover the Diginotar certificates issue. Will IBM/BF release new content to cover this?

Microsoft released this on the 13th. It doesn’t appear the new content has been released for this yet? I am overlooking it?
