Is there anyway to brand these windows with a custom logo? Many users are unsure if the popup is legit and think it is spyware. Besides user education, I thought a company logo would be the best solution. Any suggestions?

Have you seen the Client UI branding that can be done?
I see this described on page 78 of the admin guide.
It is under the heading Changing the Client Icon.

Yes, that’s an option. I would like something bigger though, and within the window of the popup screen of the Post Action or Message window.

Besides the icon for the message window, there is also a Client Dashboard that you can look into.
This becomes a new tab in the Client User Interface where you can create any HTML page.
Look for “Creating Client Dashboard” in the same admin guide.

In the Change for BES 7.2, it mentions “All BigFix components are now localizable and brandable.” Is this a solution to my customiziation question for those of you that have upgraded from 7.1 to 7.2 ?

We can use the same techniques that we use for localizing the BigFix components for branding them, but this is a very advanced customization (if you were interested, you could take a look at the .xlat files in “C:\Program Files\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client\BESLib\Reference”)… but the answer to your question really it depends on what you were interested in specifically changing… The message box text to the user is customizable (in the take action dialog), the clientui dashboard is completely customizable (see the admin guide), the icon is customizable (see the admin guide)…
