Max Child count not working

Hello,
I have a question regarding max child count. We tested it in our environment, which is set to automatic relay selection. We tested few things like:
​setting “_BESRelay_ClientRegister_MaxChildCount”=“100”

setting “_Enterprise Server_ClientRegister_MaxChildCount”=“100”

But with no success. Did any of You encountered the same issue? Thanks
