How do I get my client to go to a new relay. I have no access to it’s registry and it does not show up in my BigFix server console.
Error in log is get URL failed. - there is full open access between the client and the server.

Hello,
What do you have access to change? It sounds like the client can’t resolve the name of the server or perhaps it is blocked somewhere…
You might want to contact BigFix support and they can help…
