We are starting to get MAC clients in our org. I have enabled the analysis for MAC but I can only view the inspectors from the analysis tab. How do I turn them on globally?

Hi jpeppers,
To make global properties, you need to use the “Manage Properties” dialog to add or copy a new property for it to be globally active and appear in the global computers lists.

The weird thing is I see all the MAC OS X related stuff under Manage Properties, but I can’t turn them on when I right click on the Computers container and choose edit columns, none of the MAC OS X properties are there. I can report on them using webreports but no visibilty in the console.

I believe that is expected behavior. “Analysis Properties” are not global (unless you copy them and make them global)… and web reports can report on Analysis Properties without any issues.
