I have deployed a fixlet to roughly 300 boxes, 20 of them though have a status of . They are online because I can ping them. Also, the firewall is disabled so the UDP ping is not being blocked. I have even restarted the bes client service but still no go. Also, they have checked in because their Last Report Time is after I pushed the fixlet. I think I could “reset” the client, but I’d rather not do that. Any other suggestions? thanks

It sounds like your agents aren’t gathering the site properly… it could be a relay issue… You can run the BES Client Diagnostics on the computer and it will tell you if the action information is out of date…

You might want to contact support if you want help diagnosing this…

I did after I posted this. Their answer was to uninstall and reinstall both the client. This solved the pboblem, but I wish it didn’t have to come to that. Thanks though.
