Dear all,
I’m seeing a rare issue in my BES. Whenever an operator takes an action the clients get stuck in the . However the admin account works as normal. looking in the log file of the client, I see nothing unusal but at the time the action of the operator should have been issue there is no entry in the log for that action.
If I create a new operator and sends out an empty task it is the same thing. And if that action is targeted by property, no computer reports in.
The actions has been out for almost 24 hours, the 6 hours report should at least been posted.
Is there anyone out there that might have a solution before I open an support case?
