we have bigfix 9.5.7 and have just installed the webui. it is enabled, however when logging in, permission is denied. all users are master operators, which should provide full access to all functions. i do not see any webui apps in my console view.
if anybody has an idea as to what our problems are, and some ideas to solve these, it would be greatly appreciated.
It sounds like you’re WebUI has not initialized yet, possibly the sites have not gathered. Check the logs in the “BES WebUI” or “BES WebUI\WebUI\logs” directory for any errors, and take a look at the suggestions in this thread: WebUI stuck at initializing
