Anyone experiencing the same error? Within the last few days we have started noticing the following error upon logging into the BES Consoles. Has IBM released bad content causing this? Or is this an error on my side?
There weren’t any recent changes to the “BES Server Plugin Service Configuration” wizard in the BES Support site.
Is it possible to get some more information about your configuration? Specifically, could you e-mail me your License serial number (in the License Overview dashboard). Also, if there are any subscriptions to our products that have an Expiration Date that is not Perpetual or not an actual date (for example: --).
