What’s the trick to upgrading to a new Linux (CentOS or RedHat) minor release. I have a CentOS server that is at version 5.9. In BigFix it shows no relevant packages. If I do a Yum check-update, (assuming I’m connected to a CentOS repository), it shows a bunch of 5.10 packages available for update. Once I update those packages, BigFix will start to see 5.10 updates relevant to the server. I get the same result with RedHat.
How do I upgrade to a minor RedHat or CentOS release using BigFix?
Thanks!
