Limiting Console access to 1 custom site

We are trying to create a custom site with approved tasks/fixlets that anyone can use, however we are trying to limit users to ONLY things in this site, and only to machines that they manage.

The only way I’ve figured out so far is by globally hiding things in BES Support and Master Action Site. Is there another/easier way to do this? If not, is there a way to auto-hide everything?

I’d love for people who log in the console just to see “NMO Site” with the stuff in there.

Sure… Go to “Manage Sites” in the “BigFix Management” domain and click on each site to remove the “global read” permissions and specify specifically what the operators can and can’t see…
