Limit a Relay to only accept clients on the same subnet

I want to use the setting “_Enterprise Server_ClientRegister_MinHopEstimateLimit” with the setting of “0” on a specific relay to limit connections to that relay to only those machines that have 0 hops to that relay. I found this setting listed here in the forums so I added it to my relay but I have yet to see any effect.

I tried a force BES clients to run Relay auto selection - clients with more than 0 hops are still connecting

I restarted the relay service - still nothing

Am I using this setting correctly? Or do I have to do something else to get this working?

I switched the entry from “0” to “1” and its working properly now.
