Hello,
This error might be caused if you are running multiple consoles from the same computer with the same Windows username AND the same console username. For instance, you have two consoles running as the Windows user “Administrator” and the BigFix user “bigfixadmin”. In this case, both consoles would be using the same cache files and temporary files and they would occasionally conflict and throw this error.
Alternately, any other reason the console temporary/cache files would be locked or prevented from read/write would cause this type of error.
