I’m looking into what is happening to see if there is an issue I can find. This specific code actually doesn’t use GetPrivateProfileString so it is unlikely to be OS specific

As noted in the PMR, I’m in the process of running some downgrades now. I’ll keep my Server components at 9.5.1, but will downgrade the Agent on my DSA servers & consoles to 9.2.7. I’ll also be downgrading the Relay and Agent versions on my Windows relays.
