KB4475594 - Bad Relevance?

Good afternoon. Looking at the SharePoint Enterprise Server 2016 content for this month (KB4475594) (Fixlet ID 447559401), it looks like relevance block 3 and 5 may have been mistakenly written for August’s content (KB4475549) (Fixlet ID 447554901).

I believe the registry keys for relevance block 3 and 5 are incorrect and should be as follows:
Relevance 3 Original:
(exists keys ((names of values of keys (“00006100410100000100000000F01FEC”) of key “HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UpgradeCodes” of native registry)) whose ((name of it = “00006109410100000100000000F01FEC”) AND exists key “InstallProperties” whose ((it = “16.0.4351.1000”) of (value “DisplayVersion” of it as string as version)) of it AND not exists key “0092C69791D47D54CA163E5F270CDB2F” of key “Patches” of it) of it) of key “HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products” of native registry

Could someone on the product team check on this? We have SharePoint systems that need this patch.

The team took a look and updated fixlet was released in Patches for Windows, version 3387. Please see if you are still having issues with the updated fixlet.

Our systems are showing applicability now. We will be patching this week with this updated content and I will follow-up on results.

Thank You!
