July 2019 .NET Framework Relevance Issues

After installing the Security and Quality Rollup for version 4.5.2, the Security Only Fixlet is still reporting as relevant. SCCM doesnt offer the Security only patch once the Quality Rollup has been applied although you can manually install it (over and over again without it error’ing out)

MS19-JUL: Security Only Update for .NET Framework 4.5.2 for Windows 7 SP1 and Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Server 2008 SP2 - Windows 7 SP1 - .NET Framework 4.5.2 - KB4506966 (x64)

Should not be relevant when the follwoing is installed

MS19-JUL: Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 4.5.2 for Windows 7 SP1 and Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 SP2 - Windows 7 SP1 - .NET Framework 4.5.2 - KB4507001 (x64)

@BaiYunfei

Hmmm, I hadn’t noticed that but after I deployed the quality rollup - and I gave it an hour - I see the security only update is still outstanding. Deploying it now, but I suspect it will run (although in theory it should no longer be relevant).

Relevance issue on the security only update?
