Given the very specific method required to upgrade Java on a computer running Blackberry Server:

The Java Fixlets should defacto exclude any computer detected to be running Blackberry Server and be noted accordingly in the DESCRIPTION section of the FixLet.
Along the same lines of how the CPM module Fixlet will exclude devices running McAfee, for example.
