January patching issue with KB4480978 & KB4461614

Hi Team,
Is there anyone facing issue with January month security updated KB4480978 & KB4461614?
In my environment MS-Access crashes when installed KB4461614.
KB4480978 failed to deploy to the multiple computers from BigFix with exit code -2145124329.

For KB4480978, do your systems have update KB4477136 installed? I believe that’s the latest servicing stack update. If they don’t, try installing the servicing stack update and then try reapplying KB4480978.

KB4461614 causing your MS-Access application sounds like it could be an issue with the patch itself.

Looks like the MS Access crash issue is now reported as a known issue on the KB article with some workarounds.
