All,
Jan 2016 patches are not showing up in Tivoli Manager.
I follow this steps

  1. patches for windows
  2. by source servrity - critical
  3. by category - security update
    4 by source release date.

it shows dec 2015 patches but not jan. I am new on Tivoli. Please help.

There were some announcements about the restructuring of how non English patches were being handled so I think you should look for the announcements. You may need to subscribe to a new site.

It wouldn’t be a new website it would possibly be a different “site” in BigFix. Check your license wizard

Does Patches for Windows show up in External Sites under Sites in the console?

If so, what version does it list under Current Version ?
