Hello everybody,
I want to be sure about something regarding TEM for Mobile Devices.
TEM can detect if a device is jailbroken/rooted (and execute specific actions if this happens), but it can’t
prevent
a device from being jailbroken/rooted. Am I right?

That’s right. And if you find a rooted device that is not being detected by TEM you can always adjust the “Detect rooted device” analysis to detect it without having to upgrade the Android agents.

And, in general, there isn’t a known way to prevent jailbreaking / rooting… Certainly if there was a way that worked in practice, companies like Apple probably would have used it a long time ago…
