Issues with computers checking in

I am fairly new to BigFix…so be gentle…I am having an issue, none of my computers are checking in to the BES console. I ran the BESDiagnostics and all test pass fine, All the services are running, however when I select “view server diagnostics” from the BESDiag (on the services tab) I get the following error under the “Relay Status Information”:

FillDB File Size Limit:

126.42% ( 3976945 / 3145728 Bytes )

FillDB File Count Limit:

25.76% ( 2576 / 10000 Files )

Warning! The FillDB buffer directory is overloaded and new posts will not be accepted.

That “Warning” message, should this be of concearn? Please help!

This means that the agents are reporting data, but it is not being put into the database (by the FillDB service).

There could be several reasons for this including database connection problems (especially with a remote database and issues with user/pw), FillDB service being stopped, or other issues.

It would be best to contact BigFix Support and they can help you through the process…
