Issue with latest upgrade?

HI We’ve tried updating to the latest version and when running BESAdmin or server upgrade setup manually we get an error connecting to the database;

As anyone seen this before? Currently we can’t open any console as it gives an unable to login to server error.

Has anyone seen this before? Any advice?

If you cannot access your bigfix environment at all then you should file a severity 1 PMR.

Are you using a named SQL instance? Are you using a remote database?

Thanks for replying, its a default SQL instance and local to the BES server…

Have you filed a PMR?

I guess your upgrade is hanging in the middle and when does that error message pops out? while opening console or admin tool?
