Is there any settings which controls agent "greyed out"?

The BigFix agent is grey out when is not reporting to BigFix Server for certain time.
Can I somehow control that time ?

Note this means it’s specific to each instance of BF Console.
I use that to my advantage:

  • One machine I use for mostly collecting data sent up to bosses… that one is set for 240 minutes, so I basically know if a machine has checked in today during my shift, after the usual “emergency” emails have been sent.
  • The other machine is one I use for administering devices, on that machine I have my BF Console set to grey out at 30 minutes (above). My client report-in time is 45 minutes, so I know the greyed-out boxes might not be the most up-to-date info.
  • Sometimes on that administration machine, I’ll set the offline timeout to 60 minutes so that I can tell which devices seem to have missed a poll. Usually I’ll do this on Patch Tuesday week so I have an idea what boxes may not get a Fixlet.
