Is there a way we can edit an action which is already scheduled?

For example, I have scheduled an action with two machines as target , in between I need to remove one server from action in that case can we edit the action or do we need to complete stop the action and re-create a new one?

Unfortunately you cannot edit the action once it has been deployed. You will need to stop it and redeploy it.

To save some time in any customizations you made to the action, you can Stop it and then copy that action to redeploy against the appropriate endpoints.
