Is there a relevance inspector for AIX efixes?

For example in AIX, I can run the following:

uxprf180:/

root # emgr -l

ID STATE LABEL INSTALL TIME UPDATED BY ABSTRACT

=== ===== ========== ================= ========== ======================================

1 S IZ91983s05 10/25/11 18:28:59 6.1 TL6 SP5 fix for IZ91983.

Also:

uxprf180:/

root # lslpp -e

ID STATE LABEL INSTALL TIME UPDATED BY ABSTRACT

=== ===== ========== ================= ========== ======================================

1 S IZ91983s05 10/25/11 18:28:59 6.1 TL6 SP5 fix for IZ91983.

I want to check if the fix is not installed, so an action script can apply it, apply with some other steps, including a restart of the OS.
