Is it possible to do a keyword based scan in BigFix? And get the data in real time.
E.g, I want to search some files and their location using a some keywords in file system (in all fixed drive)

Possible, probably. You could create a task that lists the names of all the files on the drive, and uses the āfindā or āgrepā commands to find keywords in each file. Save the output to file,.and potentially read that output in an Analysis.
Consider though that this means reading every byte from every file on the disk. Itās likely to take hours or days to finish running.

To clarify, is the request to be able to perform a keyword scan wthin the contents of files, or based on file name or path?
