Invalid Web Report XML

Hi,

I imported a report to big fix web reports, I entered the wrong section xml, should be html. Now I tried

to select report list, it crashes the web report. I am getting an error saying error in template function

Report. Every time I bring up the Web Report, clicked on report list, it crashes.

Is there any other way I could remove that bad report file? Any quick response would be appreciated, got a

demo next week.

I’m getting the same Error.

To access Report List: http 500 Internal Server Error. It crashes, any suggestions?

I have actually experienced this same issue and I cannot load report list after importing a junk report file.

I have attempted restarting web reports – any ideas before I file a PMR?

How does one remove a report from Web Reports without access to the Report List page?

It would likely be done via removing it from the SQL database. PMR would be the best course.
