Integration with a Ticketing tool

Hi,

Need to know if the Bigfix Enterprise Suite provides means to integrate with a Ticketing Tool like CA Service Desk ?

We have a large deployment of over 8000 PC’s with the client running in about 10 locations. Each location has a Console Operator who is not a Master Operator.

If these 10 Console Operators face issues with deploying actions, they would like to open trouble tickets with the central Master Operator.

Any pointers to such integration with Ticketing tools ?
