When installing the BES 9 client on any OS I’ve tried so far manually (XP, Win 7-64 BIT, Win 2003-32BIT, Win2008 R2), you get a message during the install that it wants you to browse for the agent.msi file manually. No matter what you choose it fails, even if you search and find the file. You just have to keep cancelling this prompt (about 10 times) and the install continues and seems to work. Not sure if this is a new bug in version 9 or not. Here’s some text from the msi log file:
