Installed fixlets still showing relevant

Can’t figure this one out. I send an Action to install an update, comes back as FAILED, 10 minutes later the ACTION status changes to FIXED, yet the machines still show the fixlet as relevant. This is driving me insane and affect me being able to run accurate reports for managements. What causes this and is there a way to fix this?

One of the first things I’d suggest checking is the success criteria for the action:

How is it configured?

Also, could you share the relevance of the Fixlet?

Check your actions against that machine, its strong possibility similar actions might have executed on the target which effecting the action status.

And like the way @Aram mentioned mention your relevance, relevance the thing in your fixlet/task which handle the applicability.
