Hi. I´m quite with the BigFix Endpoint. And my computers wont´ install the Trend CPM correctly. The BigFix program gets installed but not the Trend CPM. And the problem is only in Windows 10… I have several unmanaged computers with this problem. I have to install the BigFix client manually. No Domain.

I’ve installed CPM on Windows 10 without problems.
Can you give some more information on the:
wont´ install the Trend CPM correctly
Do you have any error, logs, etc? What is exactly the problem?
It also might be that you have different “versions” of Windows 10
How can i get the log from the installation? The problem is when installing the BigFix Client there is a problem With the BigFix Protection. So i doesnt get installed from the BigFix server. It doesnt get the Relevant actions from the server as it should.
They are all the same. Every computer is alike with the same Version of Windows 10.
Well, you have different logs.
First off all you have the client log:
C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client\__BESData\__Global\Logs
Then you have the install logs of CPM:
C:\Windows and then you have different files:
CPMDebug, CPMInstall, CPMInstallResult.
You can check both for errors.
If there are relevant issues, check if the computer is correctly subscribed to the sites, computer groups etc whereto the action is deployed. But you’re going to have to give more information if you want better help. tell us the exact problem with errors etc. You can use screenshots etc.

There isnt any CPM logs because it doesnt get installed properly like i mentioned in the first post.
