Installation files are gone

Hello,

I went to run my client deploy utility and the icon did not work, so I went to the BESInstallers folder and the files are gone for everything. What is strange is that the folder structure seems to be intact, but all of the files are missing.

How can I get these back?

Did you uninstall the “BES Installation Generator”? If so, it would remove these files… You can download the BES Installation Generator (that comes with the client deploy tool) from here: http://support.bigfix.com/bes/install/downloadbes.html

I ran the Installer but it wants to A.) Uninstall or B.) update the masterhead file. I went ahead and extracted the MSI and then dumped the files into the folder.

I do not know how they got deleted in the first place. I do remember running the installer for some reason a while back, so maybe that did something.
