I am have run "Install Ruby Java Bridge " fixlet with status “failed” where as client log does not have any mention of failure. Any pointer?

Here are the environment detail:

  • BigFix-BES installer 8.2.1175.0
  • jSDK 7u4-windows-i586 from Oracle website
