We’re interested in getting an idea of how our SCM customers are currently using the existing reporting tools and functionality to address their needs. For instance, are you using the SCM console reports, SCM exceptions, and/or SCM web reports at all? If so, to what degree/how often? How many custom reports and exceptions have you created in your deployment? Do you prefer the console reports or the web reports, and why? Do you tend to use your reports for validation of compliance immediately after applying changes to the system, or more as a periodic snapshot of the system’s overall state? etc.
If you are a regular user of our SCM reporting tools (especially those mentioned above), we’d love to hear your answers to these types of questions, or just a general description of how you use SCM reporting from day to day. Remember, any feedback is good feedback!
Thanks,
