The supersedence comments for both the 32- & 64-bit versions of the fixlets “MS19-FEB: Security update for Office 2016 - Office 2016 - KB4462146” are incorrect.

They both say they are superseded by KB4462223 which is an Office 2010 patch. They are actually superseded by KB4462242 (MS19-APR: Security update for Office 2016 - Office 2016 - KB4462242).

This is in version 3273 of the Enterprise Security (aka Patches for Windows) site.

yes, correct seems like description has been incorrectly updated.
