I have had a grand time participating on the forum from a customer point of view. I worked with BigFix Enterprise Suite for 2 years at my old employer. That time has come to an end

I have joined the ranks of BigFix as a Professional Services Engineer. This was my first day on the new team and I must say that all the professionalism, courtesy and willingness to solve problems and improve the BigFix experience is present even here in the office. It’s good to be on board.

I look forward to continued participation here on the forums, no longer as an enthusiastic customer, but now as a BigFix employee.
