Importing a maintenance window for Monthly Microsoft patching

Hello,

I am a newbie to BixFix. We are currently running version 7.2, and have 3000+ Windows servers. We currently have 1 employee who spends 20 hours a week scheduling the monthly Microsoft patches across the environment. We would like to minimize this as much as possible.

We have an application/DB which we use to manage all of our assets including servers and their defined maintenance windows. Is there a way to import the maintenance window information into BigFix if I have it in .CSV format?

We would like to get to a point where the monthly patch cycle is much more automated and hands-off.

We can take CSV as input. This will help further automate the deployment of patches. I suspect you should be able to get from 20 hrs down to 1 - 2 at the most. For an experienced person I would say it would take a few hours to automate it. For someone who is a newbie, it might be a bit longer because it will require writing relevance and action. If you want some help message me directly and I can either give you some pointers or get you in touch with the right people who can help with the integration.
