ILMT with BigFix

We are setting up ILMT with Big Fix on Windows, using a SQL Database.

When setting up ILMT, it wants to connect to the BigFix server, we have to provide the master operator username and password. When these are provided (same credentials used to log into the BigFix console), we get an error:

Server API connection test failed. Server returned status 503. Ensure that the WebReports component is running on the BigFix platform.

We have checked and confirmed that the WebReports component is running. We have also tried to set up a secondary master operator user, which works on the console, but not on the ILMT connection.

Are the servers on separate systems? Be sure that port 52311 is not blocked by a firewall and secure HTTP connections are allowed.

Thanks, just got the issue resovled, it was due to the Web Reports, the service was up, however, we could not open it. We had to set up new SSL certs, which resolved the Web Reports issue and also enabled us to complete the ILMT setup.
