ILMT(9.2) -- Reset the Service Account password

Hi All,

I am new to ILMT, Could you help me on the How to reset the ILMT Service account password.

What are the steps that need to follow and what are the files need to update with the new password.

If you are using “Windows Integrated Authentication” for your SQL connection, all that’s needed is to update the password in the Windows Services configuration and restart the service.

If the account is being used for SQL-authentication to the database back-end, you would need to update the database credentials as described at https://help.hcltechsw.com/bigfix/9.5/inventory/Inventory/admin/t_reset_db_password.html
