May I know which port is open in firewall for IBM Endpoint Manager Server download fixlets and all

If you’re referring to the server downloading it’s content from the bigfix sync servers ?
port 80 for http and 443 for https.

Hi Gearoid,

Thanks for your updates, I had open previously 80,443,21 in IEM server, but i get an error “download error sha1 value mismatch”

so after i give full access, then this error not shown, so may i know exact port number for IEM server.

The default port that IEM itself is running on is 52311.

So 21,80,443,52311. this port is only needed for IEM server right!

you need 52311 for server and relays and for endpoints, all of these endpoint manager components communicate to each other over 52311.
