Can anyone help to resolve this problem, I am using IBM server x3650 M4. This morning I powered on the server and failed to start up. The LED light on the front panel is just flashing, server cannot startup at all.
I tried removing all the components connected to the server, shutdown the sever and wait for couple of minutes but nothing helped.
Please assist
