when i remote into a pc(Windows 10(64)) with IBM Endpoint Manager for Remote Control tool, when i try to perform a logoff in that PC that i am connected, IBM Endpoint Manager for Remote Control loses connection. it almost seems like service is stopping during logoff.
Any idea ?

What do you mean with “Remote Control loses connection” ?
Are you using the On-Demand Target (ODT) or the regular installed Target ?
If you are using the ODT this is an expected behavior because it runs on-demand as a user application and if the user logoff the process is killed. This should not happens with the regular Target application which runs as a service.
