where on the console can i find these updates? unable to see any mac updates

Hi, you should be able to find them under External Sites -> Updates for Mac Applications -> Fixlets and Tasks in console.

You need to enable Updates for Mac Applications site in the License Overview dashboard under BES Support site.

If you cannot see Updates for Mac Applications site in the License Overview dashboard, you may want to contact Bigfix support.
