I have to send blank action as MO to all the relays in order to them for get the actionsite version updated.
I had constantly several relays with old and some with very old actionsite versions, then I scheduled a blank action every 4 hours to all relays and the issue kind of get solved, I said kind because I assume it’s not normal to have to execute this.
What should I check? May be a lot of things? I will appreciate your comments.
There is an RD page per relay unless you have turned it off ( see http://<relay>:<port>/rd )
This should be able to tell you what version of the relay the relays have and if they are having problems requesting the sites.
The relay should be able to reach its parent but could there be any reason that the relay above couldn’t contact the child? There are also logs that can show you what is going on.
How are you checking for the version of the action site?
I’ve found discrepancies between the property BES Health Checks::Actionsite Version and the RD page. I prefer using the RD page for this purpose. As @AlanM already said, it sounds like a communication problem, there could be synchronization errors in the logs that could probe this.
