HTTP Error 18: Transferred a partial file

Hi,

I have a problem with console login to TEM server.

I was cleaned roles and operator in my TEM and some error occured. I could only accept or ignore. When I pressed ignore nothing is done. Error occured once again and I pressed accept and then console was closed.

When I try to log in again I have a error:

“Connection to server could not be completed. Diagnostic message: HTTP Error 18: Transferred a partial file”

I cannot find any logs where could be some valuable entries.

I attached screenshot.

I’ve the same issue but after logon to TEM Console.

  • Please verify that TEM Server can access internet, run the TEM Server Diagnostic Tool.
  • Try to stop BES Gather Service
  • Restart BES Root Server
  • Start BES Gather Service

Should works.

Hi,

same error occurred. We see it on local and remote consoles. Tried to restart services and the system, no change. The Server is an air-gapped installation.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

And thanks for suggestions.

I have reinstalled my whole TEM deployment. I had a time presure and it was much faster then looking for solution. Fortunately I had the opportunity.
