HTTP Error 1: Unsupported protocol error when trying to deploy software

I’m getting a download error when trying to do a software deployment. It looks like it can’t put the installation file on the destination workstation maybe. I’ve tried it with 3 different files on 2 different workstations. I’m not sure if its something I’m doing wrong or a problem with the file etc. This is actually my first time using the software since we installed it so I’m off to a good start!
