How to troubleshoot scheduled email report

Greetings,

I have a very simple scheduled report which I receive on a weekly basis. It’s been running without an issue for a number of weeks, but then the one that should have been sent yesterday never arrived.

When I dig into the settings for the scheduled task, it still looks like it the next email will be sent yesterday:

Schedule ID: 5

Creator: John Pinck

Start Time: Mon, Mar 19, 2012 at 9:30:00 AM

Expire Time: None

Next Scheduled Time: Mon, May 7, 2012 at 9:30:00 AM

Activity Trigger:

Generate report every 7 days

Activity Report (CSV):

Report: Win Desktop Open Patch (John Pinck)

Email Report:

To: john.pinck@nserc-crsng.gc.ca

From: John Pinck

Subject: Windows Desktop Patch report

Include: Full Report

My first thought was that our BigFix server date/time might be mixed up, so I logged on to that box and it checks out OK.

Any thoughts on where to check next?

In case anyone else runs into this, stopping and starting the web reports service on the BES server cleared this out.
