Is there a way for standard users (not Master Operators) to query the results of Analyses?
I have a REST API query that works for Master Operators users only, I’d need to provide access to the results to a regular user.
/api/query?relevance=( name of computer of it, name of property of it, values of it) of (results of properties of it) of bes analysis whose (name of it is "My analysis")
When Master Operators requests it returns an XML with the full list of properties (good), when a regular user does, it returns:
<BESAPI xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="BESAPI.xsd"> <Query Resource="( name of computer of it, name of property of it, values of it) of (results of properties of it) of bes analysis whose (name of it is "My analysis")"> <Result/> <Evaluation> <Time>598.673ms</Time> <Plurality>Plural</Plurality> </Evaluation> </Query> </BESAPI>
How can I modify it so a non-Master Operator user can retrieve the analysis properties?
Does the non-master operator in question have read access to the site where the analysis resides as well as management rights to the endpoints in scope?
Just to confirm, the Analysis Activation is placed in the Master Action Site, but the source of the Analysis wasn’t from another site? So this is a custom Analysis based on that comment? If its not a custom analysis then the NMO may need read access at least to the source site.
Hi @AlanM, the analysis is in the Master Action site, the code is querying the dmi for the systems without dependency on anything else, so it should all the data should be within the analysis.
