How to close an empty Action Requests window (BESClientUI)?

When an action with a message window times out and deploys, the TEM Action Requests window is left behind in a blank “There are no pending actions” state. While it is a simple matter for the user to click Close, it would be preferable to have it automatically close if there are no pending actions as this would prevent help desk calls. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Closing BESClientUI at the end of the action seems to do the trick. I didn’t realize BESClient would open UI again if needed. Disregard original post. Thanks!
